Yoga Teacher

For me, the most exciting element of yoga is embodiment

We spend so much of our time in front of screens or hamster-wheeling inside our own heads, itโ€™s easy to forget we actually have a living, breathing body that needs to move!

Meet Sophie Tanner

Sophie’s yoga teaching showcases her vast experience, both on and off the mat, combining humble wisdom with irrepressible joie de vivre! Sophie’s imaginative approach to Vinyasa Flow sequences provides a platform for playful self-exploration, helping you to tap into an innate sense of wellbeing. Sophie’s canine companion yogi, Ella, is an intrepid Labrador with a very BIG heart. If you’re lucky, she’ll be present during class, infusing your practice with her majestic zen dog energy ๐Ÿ˜‰
